Fees, Planning and Orchestrating
It is difficult to quote prices as each event is as unique as the couple. Our goal is NOT to take over the wedding, but to listen to you as you paint a picture of your vision, to take these thoughts, embellish them to create the wedding or the event of your dreams while alleviating as much stress as possible for you and your family.
We begin with the Initial Interview. During this two hour meeting we gather all the facts about your wedding or party. We listen to your plans, your concerns, your budget, then supply you with a list of appropriate, reputable vendors, a budget breakdown, a general timeline and a synopsis of our meeting. For this, we charge $150. Most couples tell us they recover this cost by following our tips.
Our Wedding Planning and Wedding Day Orchestration Packages begin at $1000 and go up according to the amount of time and service that you need. In most cases, we supply at least two consultants for every event.
Parties are bid on an individual basis according to the amount of time needed for the planning and orchestration.
Additional fees will be discussed with the client as they arise.
